This skill set provides the basic skills, knowledge and understanding on what it is like to start a career in the bread baking industry. Students will learn sweet yeast products including croissants and brioche, savoury bread products and artisan bread products including sourdough breads. A bakers uniform and equipment set must be purchased prior to the course. Approximate cost for uniform is $102 & $315 for equipment. Further information on items required and where to purchase will be sent to students once registration is received.
